Not recommended, The prices looked good so I made a purchase, but after a week of not dispatching the sunglasses, I cancelled the order, and a week later no refund or confirmation of a refund in process. Even tho I asked for email confirmation. So very painful to deal with, and not worth the aggravation.

Less than ideal. Sent me glasses with blank lenses, i.e. without my prescription. As a gesture of good will, they covered the additional £2 postage it cost above and beyond their usual postage limit when I had to send them back. That’s it.

Great service, order arrived quickly. I've made one return in the past (there was nothing wrong with the frames, they just didn't suit me) without any issues. Overall - highly recommend.

Waited weeks for the glasses to arrive, they never did, no updates form customer service either. Eventually asked for a refund which I am still chasing for 2 weeks later, despite a promise it would be received within 3-5 days. Don't waste time with these clowns - they are clearly using a bot to write fake positive reviews on here!

1st experience purchasing glasses online. Purchasing stage very easy. Uploaded prescription and order was processed.I have a rather strong prescription so was worried about the vision not being perfect. So i emailed them my prescription and they noticed that they needed to add something to my lenses at an extra £40. Not much i can do at that point so i paid. Also asked for some pictures of me wearing glasses to check size. After a few emails we got there and glasses were on route. 3 weeks in all but they arrived today and i absolutely love them and vision is perfect. Its a bit of a hassle but you need to appreciate that without being face to gave with an optician that a few emails are inevitable.I adore their range of Lacoste L2707s and am delighted. Spotless quality and finish. Much cheaper than through boots and i will certainly be ordering my next pair here.Sadly i still dont look like David Beckham though..

Never ordered glasses online before so was worried especially when no update after account said acquiring lens and frames for a week. However, picked up the phone, which was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Another 5 days later update received saying glasses dispatched. All along the staff have been really helpful. I’d just say to people waiting, pick up the phone instead of email. Glasses are great and exactly what I wanted

Having broken my Tom Ford frames over Christmas, and with no local Opticians open i contacted Opticians Direct who from the outset were fantastic, i spoke to Jill who went through everything i needed to know, her helpfulness and advice was excellent, i completed my prescription and order and sent on the Tuesday and to my amazement the glasses arrived on the Friday. Brand new Tom Ford's Wow. What can i say apart from 5 Stars for unbelievable customer service from start to finish, can't recommend this Company enough. Terrible service! Avoid this company at all costs!! They advertise frames that they do not have In stock!!! Fraudulent company!!

Probably the worst company I have bought anything off online,advertise glasses that are in stock and proceed to take payment for them only to inform you they are not in stock ,choose an alternative more expensive pair, pay for those only to be told they are out of stock ,ask for full refund 2 days later they are in stock albeit minus the chosen lenses.I dealt with 4 customer service advisors via email would have been easier just dealing with 1,appreciate things are difficult in these times but pointless having a website stating items are in stock when they obviously aren’t ,won’t be using again.
